Mining companies can take advantage of a loophole in Arizona law that enables them to pump an unlimited amount of our groundwater, our best quality water, to use in their mines. At Oak Flat, a foreign mining company, Resolution Copper, proposes doing just that.

Let Governor Hobbs know that you support her efforts to stop overseas companies from depleting our water resources, and ask her to close the mining loophole.

Complete the form below, and it will send an email to her letting her know your views. There is suggested text, but feel free to put it in your own words.
